Perused materials along with the application and the report of the learned Ombudsman. We concur with the views of the learned Ombudsman and grant permission as sought for in terms of the recommendation of the learned Ombudsman. The work will be commenced immediately following the current Makaravilakku season. It shall be ensured that the work is done with requisite performance guarantee and the officers of the Board will ensure that quality is maintained. Expenditure incurred for the work shall be subjected to audit after the work is completed. DBP ordered accordingly.
