Perused the application and the materials. We have seen the report of the learned Ombudsman. We concur with the views of the learned Ombudsman. It is found that the request as sought for can be granted subject to the views of the learned Ombudsman. Hence, this petition is allowed and permission is granted in terms of the recommendations of the learned Ombudsman. Work shall be commenced immediately after the current Makaravilakku season and completed as expeditiously as possible. Expenditure incurred for the work shall be subjected to audit after the work is completed. DBP ordered accordingly.
