It was acquired for the purpose of widening of LMS-Attakulangara road for TRIDA as per section 4(1) notification dated 5.8.2005. The reference court enhanced the land value from Rs. 4,11,665/- per Are granted by the Land Acquisition Officer at Rs. 24,70,000/- per Are.

2. We heard the learned Sr.Government Pleader for the appellant and learned counsel for the respondents.

have also dismissed L.A.A. Nos. 735/12 & 710/12 today by separate judgments and confirmed the land value at the rate of Rs. 24,70,000/- per Are. Therefore, this appeal is without any merit and is dismissed.
