JUDGMENT

K.T.Sankaran, J.

The appellant filed I.A.No.1243 of 2015 stating that the disputes between the appellant and the respondent were settled out of Court and an agreement was executed between them on 6.3.2015. A copy of the agreement is marked as Annexure A in the application. It is stated in the affidavit that in the light of the agreement, the petitioner/appellant does not want to pursue the appeal and she may be allowed to withdraw the appeal. In view of the settlement, the Mat.Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Annexure A agreement will form part of this judgment.
