JUDGMENT
Ramachandran Nair, J.
This appeal is filed from the judgment in L.A.R No.21 of 2004 of the Sub Court, Thrissur. The property was acquired for the establishment of Industrial Development Plots and the notification under Section 4(1) is dated 4.10.1999. The award is dated 13.11.2001 and the property was taken possession on 11.4.2002. The Land Acquisition Officer awarded the land value at the rate of Rs.3,410/- per Are which was enhanced to Rs.5,633.88 per Are by the reference Court.

We heard both sides. It is brought to our notice that in similar connected matters, the land value awarded by the reference court has been upheld by this Court by the judgment in L.A.A No.515 of 2006 and connected cases.
We have gone through the judgment, wherein this Court refixed the land value at the rate of Rs.8,050/- per cent. In that view of the matter, we dismiss the appeal.
