JUDGMENT

K.T.Sankaran, J.

The appellant filed O.P.(Div.) No.586 of 2011 on the file of the Family Court, Thodupuzha against the respondent for dissolution of marriage. The Family Court, as per order dated 31.7.2012, dismissed the Original Petition, which is under challenge in this Matrimonial Appeal filed by the husband.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant filed a memo dated 10.2.2015 stating that the parties have settled their disputes and, therefore, the appeal is not pressed. The learned counsel also submitted that both the parties are living together now. Accordingly, the Matrimonial Appeal is dismissed as not pressed. Send back the records.
