1.This appeal is against an order dismissing an application for attachment before judgment.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
After arguing the matter for quite some time on the basis of the materials, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that in the case in hand, there may be an order for expeditious disposal of the suit. We see that there is no attachment since the institution of the application before the court below some time in 2013. We, therefore, are of the view that it is just and reasonable that the suit is disposed of as early as possible, untrammelled by any observation made in the order impugned in this appeal.
