Having perused the materials on record, we are satisfied that the approval as recommended by the learned Ombudsman can be granted. Under such circumstances, the proposal to constitute Working Committee is approved. It is further directed that the accounts of the Development Committee shall be subjected to audit by the Local Fund Audit Department, at appropriate time. This DBP is ordered accordingly.
