ORDER

Thottathil B.Radhakrishnan, J.

1.We have perused the TDB Report No.114 of 2014 submitted by the learned Ombudsman. We see that the said matter is connected with TDB Report No.76 of 2014 which has already been disposed of.

2.Complaints were raised against the Temple Advisory Committee in office. By now, the said Temple Advisory Committee has ceased to be in office. A new committee has taken charge. The allegations relating to non-maintenance of accounts etc. are matters within the realm of audit that the Travancore Devaswom Board officials will ensure. We record the submission that the accounts and pass books etc. have been handed over to the Travancore Devaswom Board authorities. We order this D.B.P directing that necessary audit

D.B.P.No.114/14 shall be carried out and it shall be ensured that the activities of the Temple Advisory Committee run in accordance with the bylaws and the extant rules and regulations.
