JUDGMENT

The petitioner (complainant) says that since decades, a Kavadi group from Kallada proceeds to Sabarimala Sannidhanam and that the TDB had given necessary support by requiring the Executive Officer, Sabarimala to provide facilities without interfering with or causing inconvenience to, the movement of the other devotees. If any request is obtained from the complainant, the TDB authorities will consider it, also having regard to the opinion of the Thanthri. This will be done from year to year upon such decision as the Board may take. The Police authorities can also be given appropriate intimation about the decision of the TDB authorities. DBP ordered accordingly.
