Read order dated 22.7.2015. Now, the learned Government Pleader has shown us a report forwarded by the Director of Agriculture stating that joint inspection conducted by the Principal Agricultural Officer, Trivandrum and the District Manager, VFPCK, Trivandrum has come to the conclusion that the temple land is located very near to the Sanghumugham beach and that the soil of that land is sandy and salty and hence, not suitable for the cultivation of fruits and vegetables. We record that and affirm the order dated 22.7.2015 in so far as other matters are concerned and close this DBP.
