ORDER

Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan, J.

We have heard learned counsel for the parties and the learned Amicus Curiae. We have seen the order dated 15.12.2010 on D.B.P.No.94 of 2010. With the materials on record, we have perused the report of the learned Ombudsman. We are of the view that in the interest of the temple and for completing the work, the Temple Advisory Committee and its Officer can be entrusted with the work particularly because, we are told that the work will be completed within a period of six months from the date on which the work order is issued.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, we order this D.B.P. directing that the competent authority in the TDB will issue the necessary work order as stated in the report of the learned Ombudsman and the Temple Advisory Committee will complete the work without fail on or before the end of 2015. The TAC will file a report before the learned Ombudsman by the 16th of September,

D.B.P.154/14 2015 regarding the progress of the work and the learned Ombudsman will look into that matter and alert this Court if the work is not progressing as ordered. The D.B.P. is ordered accordingly.
