JUDGMENT

This appeal is preferred against the interim order passed by the Employees' Insurance Court, Alappuzha on M.P.No.174 of 2010 in I.C.No.2 of 2010.

2. Today, when this appeal was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that I.C.No.2 of 2010 was finally disposed of by the Insurance Court on 26.3.2012. In so far as I.C.No.2 of 2010 was disposed of finally, this appeal is dismissed without prejudice to the right of the appellant to challenge the impugned interim order in the appeal, if any, preferred by them against the final decision in I.C.No.2 of 2010, if the same is adverse to their interest.
