JUDGMENT

Ramachandran Nair, J.

This appeal is filed from the judgment in L.A.R. No.75/2003 on the file of the Ist Addl. Sub Court, Thiruvananthapuram. The land was acquired for setting up of amusement park at Veli as per notification dated 12.1.2000.

2. The Land Acquisition Officer awarded land value at Rs.70,387/- per are which was enhanced by the reference court at Rs.1,85,250/- per are.

3. The reference court relied upon the documents Exts.A1 and A2. Ext.A2 is the certified copy of the judgment in LAR No.84/2003. It is brought to our notice that in LAA No.27/2011 from the judgment in LAR No.289/2004 of the same court, this Court affirmed the land value awarded at the same rate. Since the properties have been

LAA 143/2013 acquired for the same purpose, we will be justified in adopting the said land value. We have also disposed of connected matters, viz. LAA No.129/2011 and connected cases, adopting the same land value. In that view of the matter, there is no merit in this appeal and the appeal is dismissed. No costs.
