ORDER

Raman, J.

This Court directed the Board to take steps for implementation of the recommendations of Justice Paripoornan Commission Report. The Secretary of the Tranvancore Devaswom Board has filed an affidavit producing a copy of the report of the Chief Engineer (General) regarding the various steps the Board has taken in this regard. Annexure A contains the report. This pertains to the Sabarimala. A copy of this report will be forwarded to the Ombudsman. Pending further consideration of the matter, the further recommendations with regard to which also the Board may file periodical statements.

Yet another affidavit was filed by the Secretary on behalf of the Board on the various suggestions made by the High Power Committee. A copy of this statement shall also be forwarded to the Ombudsman for verification and remarks. P.R. RAMAN, JUDGE P.S.GOPINATHAN, JUDGE.
