JUDGMENT

This appeal is instituted against the judgment of the Family Court, Palakkad in O.P.No.129 of 2013, through which an application filed by the appellant seeking dissolution of the marriage with the respondent, was dismissed.

2. The appellant had filed I.A.No.4221/2015 which is a compromise petition executed and signed by both the parties along with their respective counsel, under Order XXIII Rule 3 of CPC. It is indicated in the compromise petition that, pursuant to the settlement arrived at between the parties they have decided to live together. It is prayed that the appeal may be disposed of in terms of the compromise.

3. Accordingly, the appeal is hereby disposed of in terms of the compromise. The joint application (compromise petition) filed as I.A. No. 4221/2015 will form part of this judgment.
