JUDGMENT
Sankaran, J.
The respondent filed O.P.No.595 of 2012 on the file of the Family Court, Nedumangad, against the appellant for dissolution of marriage and recovery of money. The Family Court allowed the Original Petition and passed a decree dissolving the marriage between the appellant and the respondent, which is under challenge in this Mat. Appeal.
2. The appellant filed a memo dated 6/3/2015 stating that though the matter was referred for mediation, it was not settled and that there is no chance for re-union. It is prayed that the appellant may be permitted to withdraw the Mat. Appeal.
Accordingly, this Mat. Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
