This appeal is filed against the judgment of the Family Court, Kotttayam at Ettumanoor in O.P.No.1140/2011. By order dated 16.6.2014, the matter was referred to mediation and on the intervention of the mediator of the Ernakulam Mediation Centre, the parties have settled their disputes and entered into memorandum of settlement dated 27th of February 2015. In the light of the above, this appeal is disposed of directing that the parties will be regulated by the terms of the memorandum of settlement dated 27th of February, 2015, which will form part of this judgment.
