It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the parties that the disputes between the parties were settled before the District Mediation Centre, Kottayam, and an agreement was executed between the parties. Certified copy of the agreement is also produced.

Accordingly, the Mat.Appeals are disposed of in terms of the settlement. The terms of the settlement will form part of the judgment.
