J U D G M E N T
Abdul Rehim, J:
Counsel appearing on both sides conceded that the issues involved in various litigations pertaining to the matrimonial dispute pending before different courts between the parties. The appellant had filed I.A. No.1720/2015 in Mat. Appeal No.250/2014 and Crl. M.A. No.2672/2015 in RP (FC) No.119/2014 seeking to record the compromise arrived and to dispose of the above appeal in terms of the compromise. The compromise agreement is produced along with the said I.As, marked as Annexure-A1. 2.
Under the above mentioned circumstances both the appeal and the Revision Petition are hereby disposed of by recording the compromise arrived between the parties, the terms of which are reduced to an agreement which is
M.A. No.250/2014 & RPFC No.119/2014 -2marked as Annexure-A1. The parties will abide by the terms of the agreement. The respective parties are at liberty to withdraw the amount deposited before the Family Court by filing appropriate applications.

The Registry will return the original of Annexure-A1 agreement to the appellant after retaining a certified copy of the same in the records. Annexure-A1 compromise agreement will form part of this judgment. Sd/- C.K. ABDUL REHIM, JUDGE.
