JUDGMENT

Ramachandran Nair, J.

Both these appeals are respectively from the judgments in LAR Nos.190/2008 and 153/2008 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, North Paravur. The acquisition is for widening of N.H.17 as per Section 4(1) notification dated 22.3.2005. The Land Acquisition Officer fixed the land value at the rate of Rs.88,888/- per are which was enhanced to Rs.1,89,156/- per are by the reference court.

2. It is seen that in connected cases, viz. LAA Nos.1047/2010 and 1086/2010 which arose from LAR Nos.154/2008, 110/2008 and 191/2008 this Court dismissed the appeals upholding the land value fixed by the reference court. The reference court therein had fixed the land value at the same rate.

Therefore, we find no reason to interfere with the judgment and
