JUDGMENT
Ramakrishnan, J:
Mat.A.No.436/2014 was filed by the respondents in O.P.No.21/2013 of Family Court, Thrur.
While Mat.A.No.435/2014 was filed by the petitioner against the order in O.P.No.856/2013 and Mat.A.No.434/2014 was filed by the petitioner in O.P.No.853/2013. A joint trial was ordered and all these cases along with another case were disposed of by a common judgment, against which these appeals have been filed.
2. During the pendency of these appeals, the matters have been settled between the parties and they filed I.A.No.1718/2015 in Mat.A.No.436/2014, I.A.No.1715/2015 in Mat.A.No.435/2014 and I.A.No.1717/2015 in Mat.A.No.434/2014 for recording compromise and dispose of the cases in accordance with the terms of the compromise. They also produced the agreement entered into between the parties regarding the manner in which the matters have been settled
along with an application, sustaining the visitorial right in respect of the minor child.
So the decree and judgments passed by the courts below in all these cases are set aside and the above compromise is recorded and all these appeals are disposed of in terms of the compromise. The compromise will form part of this common judgment and the parties will be abide by the terms of the compromise. The amount deposited by the first appellant as directed by this Court is permitted to be withdrawn by him. Sd/- C.K. ABDUL REHIM, JUDGE.
