J U D G M E N T

C.K. Abdul Rehim, J:

During pendency of the above appeal, all the disputes between the parties were amicably settled through mediation conducted at the District Mediation Centre, Kozhikode. Report submitted by the Mediator of the District Mediation Centre, Kozhikode would indicate that the parties have settled all their disputes and a 'Memorandum of Settlement' drawn under Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure is enclosed along with report of the Mediator. It would indicate that the appellant and the respondent have agreed for a re-union and it is agreed upon that the appellant will go to the respondent's house on 30-12-2015 along with the child, born out of the wedlock. In view of the settlement arrived it is submitted that the appellant is not intending to pursue the appeal any further.

MA No. 546/2015 -22.

Hence, the appeal is hereby disposed of by recording the compromise. The 'Memorandum of Agreement' attached along with the report of the Mediator will form part of this judgment.
