JUDGMENT

The appeal arises out of O.P. No. 824 of 2012 on the file of the Family Court, Kannur. The O.P. was filed by the respondent in this appeal claiming past maintenance. The Family Court allowed the O.P. and each of the appellants was directed to pay monthly maintenance at the rate of Rs.2,000/- to the petitioner in the O.P. and past maintenance at that rate for the period from 1.12.2009 to 30.11.2012. M.C. No. 392 of 2012 was filed by the respondent herein claiming maintenance. The Family Court

M.A. 701/2014 allowed M.C.No.392 of 2012 as well.

2. The parties have settled their disputes and differences and they have filed I.A.No.1246 of 2015 to record the compromise entered into among them. They have executed an agreement dated 21.11.2014 and the terms of the settlement have been mentioned therein. The compromise petition is allowed and the compromise is recorded.

The Mat Appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise. Accordingly, the decree in O.P.No.824 of 2012 is set aside. Annexure-A1 agreement produced along with the compromise petition will form part of the judgment.
