JUDGMENT
Abdul Rehim, J:
After filing of the above appeal, the appellant had filed I.A.No.1497/2015 seeking direction to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram to incorporate a clause with respect to the interim custody of the petitioner's child in the judgment in O.P.No.1469/2012, and for that purpose to return the certified copy of the judgment. Through order dated 7.4.2015, this Court directed the Registry to return the certified copy of the impugned judgment. It is recorded that the certified copy of the judgment has already been returned to the counsel for the appellant.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the appellant had already moved before the Family Court seeking necessary corrections in the judgment.
Under the above circumstances, this appeal is hereby closed reserving liberty to the appellant to file appeal against
further orders if any passed by the Family Court, if he is aggrieved in any manner.
