JUDGMENT

This appeal is from the award passed in O.P.(MV) No.200/2010 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Pala and the claimant is the appellant. It is submitted by learned counsel on both sides that a joint compromise petition has been filed and the appeal may be disposed of in tune with the conditions provided therein. We have gone through the contents of the compromise petition. It is signed by the parties concerned. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel on both sides, the appeal is disposed of as settled and the terms and conditions provided in I.A.No.1315/2015 will form part of this judgment.
