The mother of minor child 'Anusha' preferred the above appeal challenging judgment dated 20.08.2014 in O.P. (G&W)No.956/2013 of the Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanur, by which the respondent herein is appointed as the guardian of the minor child, Anusha and also issued certain directions regarding the custody of the child. 2.

During the pendency of the above appeal, the matter was sent for mediation, consequent to which, the Nodal Officer, Ernakulam Mediation Centre, by his letter dated 21.1.2015 forwarded the report of the Mediator, which includes the Memorandum of settlement arrived at, in the

mediation.

We have perused the Memorandum of settlement dated 21.1.2015 filed under Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure read with Rules 24 &25 of the Civil Procedure (Alternative Dispute Resolution), Rules, 2008, which is signed by both the contesting parties and counter signed by the respective counsel and we are satisfied with the same. The above memorandum of settlement forms part of this judgment.

In the result, this appeal is disposed of in terms of the above referred settlement ad a decree follows accordingly.
