JUDGMENT

Surendra Mohan, J.

The counsel for the respondent mother submits that, the parties have settled their differences by mediation. The memorandum of agreement between the parties forms part of the records of this case. It is also stated that, the parties have discharged their obligations under the agreement. However, the counsel for the petitioner has not signed.

Since the parties have accepted the settlement that has been arrived at and discharged their obligations in accordance with the terms thereof, this appeal is disposed of recording the terms of the memorandum of appeal arrived at through mediation.
