ORDER

This Review Petition has been filed to review the order in writ petition (C) No.19084/2003 of this Court. The writ petition was disposed by this Court with the direction to approach the first respondent, Kerala State Textile Corporation Ltd. for getting his remaining benefits. If such an approach is made by the petitioner, the first respondent will take appropriate action as per the law within four months.

Writ petition No.19084/2003 was filed to issue a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to pay the arrears of dearness allowance and gratuity to the petitioner in accordance with the pay revision which are effected during his service. No scrap of paper has been produced by the petitioner to show that he has approached the

first respondent as directed in the above writ petition. In the absence, there is no reason to review the earlier order. No merit in this writ petition, and accordingly it is dismissed.
