J U D G M E N T
When the matter was taken up, the learned counsel who was earlier appearing for the petitioner, submits that, they have relinquished the vakalath, on the request of the petitioner.
2. The petitioner's grievance was with respect to nonapproval of her appointment as Needle Work Teacher with effect from 26.07.1999. The petitioner contended that, the issue is covered by judgment dated 07.10.1998 in O.P.No.18097 of 1994.
3. This Court by judgment dated 21.06.2006 directed that, the representation of the petitioner be considered in the light of the aforesaid judgment. However, later the Government filed a review on the ground that the said judgment was overturned in Writ Appeal No.2269 of 2004, which was also produced as Annexure A1. The issue being covered by the said judgment, the review was allowed and the writ petition was posted for further hearing.
4. In any event at this point nothing survives, since the issue is covered by judgment dated 24.06.2005 in Writ Appeal
O.P.No.6042 of 2002 No.2269 of 2004. In such circumstances, this original petition would stand dismissed.
