JUDGMENT

Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan, J.

The parties to this appeal have settled the disputes through mediation. Mediation settlement agreement between the parties was entered into on 17.04.2015 with the concurrence of the competent authority of Food Corporation of India, which is the plaintiff/respondent. The appeal is settled in terms of mediation settlement. We accept the said mediation settlement and pass a decree in terms thereof in supersession of the decree passed by the court below. This judgment along with the mediation settlement agreement which will be appended hereto will be treated as decree for all intents and purposes. Refund the entire court fee paid on the appeal to the appellant. Drafting of separate decree is dispensed with.
