JUDGMENT

In the appeal filed by the petitioner, delay has been condoned and the matter stands posted for admission. If, in the meanwhile, the document is executed, the petitioner will be put to irreparable loss and injury. Therefore, it is prayed that the execution of the document may be deferred for some time.

2. Considering the fact that the appeal is posted for admission, it is only proper that the execution of the sale deed be deferred for a few days.

This Original Petition is disposed of directing that the order dated 11.12.2014 directing production of the document shall stand stayed for a period of three weeks from today.
