J U D G M E N T

The limited prayer sought for in this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is for a direction for early disposal of A.S.No.13/2010 pending before the Sub Court, Neyyattinkara.

The petitioner is the appellant in the said appeal who suffered a decree at the hands of the trial court whereby the suit O.S.No. 444/2008 was dismissed by the Munsiff Court, Neyyattinkara for want of jurisdiction. 3.

The petitioner says that it is highly necessary that the matter may be heard at the earliest so as to protect his rights.

After having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and after having adverted to the number of postings the cases had, it is only appropriate that the matter be taken up at the earliest and disposed of in accordance

O.P.(C) No. of 2014 -2with law.

This original petition is therefore disposed of directing the Munsiff Court, Neyyattinkara to take up A.S.No.13/2010 pending before the said court and dispose it of as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
