J U D G M E N T

Misconceived and ill-advised petition filed before the execution court was rightly dismissed by the execution court.

2. Faced with the above situation, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prayed that the petitioner may be given liberty to move appropriate court with appropriate application for getting necessary relief and till then execution of the decree may be deferred.

3. After having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is felt that it is only proper to give liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate application before appropriate court for getting necessary reliefs and for doing so, proceedings in execution be kept in abeyance for a period of one month.

This original petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate court with appropriate application

O.P.(C) No.136/2015 for getting necessary reliefs and directing the execution court to keep the execution of decree in abeyance for a period of one month.
