The prayer sought for in this petition is for early disposal of S.M.1420/2008 pending before the Land Tribunal, Thrissur.
2. The petitioner claimed tenancy right over the property and moved the Land Tribunal, Thrissur as per S.M.1420/2008.
3. It is pointed out by the petitioner that the respondent had entered appearance and all proceedings are complete and the matter is being simply adjourned from time to time without any justifiable reason and that causes irreparable loss and injury to the petitioner.
4. After having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and in the nature of the order that is proposed to be passed, it is felt that notice to the respondent is unnecessary. This original petition is disposed of directing the Land Tribunal, Thrissur to take up S.M.1420/2008 as early as possible and dispose of it as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within
O.P.(C) No.168/2015 a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
