JUDGMENT

The first respondent in the appeal died and the appellant was granted a month's time to implead his legal representatives as a last chance on 20.6.2014. It is seen that since the appellant has not complied with the said order, he was granted time for the very same purpose on three occasions thereafter viz; on 16.2.2015, 17.7.2015 and 29.7.2015. Even now, the said defect of the appeal has not been cured.

In the circumstances, the appeal is dismissed for default.
