JUDGMENT

A suit filed in 2005 as an indigent person finally got numbered as O.S. 93 of 2011. The petitioner points out that the suit has been pending for a long time and the suit now stands posted for raising of issues to 23.2.2015 and he prays that there may be a direction to the court below to expedite the trial of the suit.

This Original Petition is disposed of directing Sub Court, Neyyattinkara to frame issues on the next posting date and thereafter make every endeavour to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within six months from the date of raising of the issues provided all parties co-operate.
