JUDGMENT

The only grievance raised by the petitioner is for nondisposal of Ext.P4 petition. The prayer in Ext.P4 petition is for a direction to the garnishee to deposit the amount in fixed deposit to a bank noting lien in favour of the Sub Court and to produce the same before the court.

The petitioner has approached this Court for the reason that the court below without passing order on Ext.P4 petition, posted the same for hearing to 27.3.2015. This original petition is disposed of directing the court below to take up Ext.P4 petition and dispose it of on merits in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of a receipt of a copy of this judgment.
