JUDGMENT
The grievance of the petitioner is that the Rent Control Court, Adoor is not disposing of E.P.No.4 of 2014 and E.A.No.60 of 2014 in R.C.P.No.7 of 2005 promptly.
2.
Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides. 3.
A report was called for from the Presiding Officer who is holding charge of the Rent Control Court, Adoor. The report bearing No.282 of 2015 dated 02.03.2015 is placed before me. It is submitted that the Presiding Officer is on commuted leave till 27.03.2015 and she may report back to duty thereafter. It is also submitted that the execution petition can be completely disposed within three months from 27.03.2015. Reckoning the intervening summer vacation, I find that the court below can be directed to dispose of the matter on or before 30.06.2015 with complete reference to the contentions raised by the parties on both sides. Original Petition is disposed accordingly.
A. HARIPRASAD, JUDGE.
