J U D G M E N T
In the execution proceedings filed by the petitioner in execution of the decree in her favour, a Commissioner and a Surveyor were appointed. The Commissioner reported that she is unable to execute commission in view of certain obstructions caused by the other side. That made the petitioner to file Ext.P3 petition seeking police aid. The complaint is that Ext.P3 has undergone several adjournment and the matter is not being disposed of by the court below.
2. The petitioner points out that the suit is of the year 1984 and still she is in court to get the result. The petitioner also points out that the petition filed by her for police protection now stands posted to 04.03.2015.

3. It is hoped that on 04.03.2015, the court below will pass appropriate orders on Ext.P3 petition.
