J U D G M E N T

The only relief sought for in this original petition reads as follows:

i.

Issue necessary directions to the Sub Court, Ottapalam directing to accept the proposal for the payment of Rs.20,000/- per month by the petitioner towards the decretal amount shown in Ext.P1 petition and allow the petitioner to withdraw Ext.P2 objection and file fresh petition showing his willingness to pay Rs.20,000/- per month.

2. After having heard the counsel on both sides, it is felt that the relief sought for is reasonable.

This original petition is disposed of directing payment of Rs.20,000/- per month on or before 10th of every month beginning from 10.05.2015 towards the decretal amount shown in Ext.P1. It is made clear that if any one of the payments is defaulted, decree holder can proceed with the execution. Sd/- P.BHAVADASAN JUDGE smp
