JUDGMENT

Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 2.

Prayers in the petition read as follows:

"a) Direct the Sub Court, Mavelikkara to consider and dispose of Exhibit P1 Execution Petition immediately within a time specified by this Honourable court by allowing it.

b) Issue of such other order or direction as may be necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides. The letter submitted by the learned Sub Judge, Mavelikkara dated 17.03.2015 is also perused. It is mentioned by the learned Sub Judge that all the petitions filed in the execution proceedings have been posted to 2505.2015 for hearing. It is also submitted that she is engaged in disposal of other matters before closure of the courts for summer vacation. 4.

Considering the report submitted by the learned Sub Judge and also the fact that the matter is posted to a near date, I dispose of the

OP(C) No.627/2015 original petition with a direction that the learned Sub Judge, Mavelikkara shall dispose of the execution petition on merits within a period of one month from 25.05.2015.

Original petition is disposed of as above.
