JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who was successful in getting an order in his favour in L.A.R. No. 42 of 2003 long ago, is still in court to get the fruits of the decree. Sub Court granted Rs.17,67,251/- as enhanced land value with other benefits which are available under the Land Acquisition Act.
2. E.P. No. 100 of 2014 was filed for execution. Inspite of several adjournments of the case, the amount has not been deposited. The petitioner therefore prays that the court below may be directed to take such steps as are necessary so that the petitioner can realise the amount due to him.
This Original Petition is disposed of directing Sub Court, Thiruvananthapuram to take such steps as are necessary to have the execution petition disposed of within
O.P.(C).628/2015.
