J U D G M E N T

On the basis of the allegations made earlier, a report was called for from the court concerned to ascertain as to how much time the court requires to dispose of the suit. The report has been received. The case now stands posted to 17.06.2015. The court has pointed out the pendency in that court is 3525 out of which civil cases are 2,027 and Sessions Cases are 1498. Workload is too heavy but however, the court has stated that it shall make every endeavour to dispose of the suit within six months from the next posting date, provided, the parties cooperate. Accepting the report so filed by the court concerned, this petition is disposed of directing the court below to dispose of the suit i.e., O.S.167/2011 within six months from the next posting date, provided, parties co-operate and no fresh petitions are filed by either of the party.
