JUDGMENT

The limited prayer in this original petition is for a direction to the Principal Sub Court, North Paravoor to dispose of E.P.No.61/2012 in L.A.R. No.56/2004, E.P.No.60/2012 in L.A.R No.57/2004, E.P.No.66/2012 in L.A.R. No.58/2004 and E.P.No.59/2012 in L.A.R. No.59/2004, as expeditiously as possible.

2. The property belonging to the petitioners were subject matter of Land Acquisition and compensation was awarded. The petitioners have filed Ext.P1 series Execution Petitions before the court below. The petitioners pointed out that in spite of the fact that they have filed Execution Petitions, the matter is being simply adjourned and the petitioners apprehend that unless there is a direction from this Court, they may not be able to get the amount awarded under the Land Acquisition proceedings.

3. In the light of the order that is proposed to be passed, notice to the respondent is unnecessary.

This original petition is disposed of directing the Principal Sub Court, North Paravoor to dispose of Exts.P1 to P1(c) as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Sd/- P. BHAVADASAN, JUDGE.
