JUDGMENT

This is a petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction to the Munsiff Court, Thrissur for an early disposal of O.S.No.5627 of 2014 pending before the said court.

2. The petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.5627 of 2014 of the Munsiff Court, Thrissur. The suit was instituted for mandatory injunction directing defendants to vacate the plaint Bschedule house and surrender the same to the petitioner. The details of the pleadings are given in the petition, which are not necessary to be stated for the disposal of this original petition.

3. The petitioner pointed out that the matter is ripe for trial. The petitioner apprehends that unless there is a direction from this Court, the trial may not expeditiously done.

4. In the light of the order that is proposed to be passed, notice to the respondents is unnecessary.

This original petition is disposed of directing the Munsiff Court, Thrissur to take up O.S.No.5627 of 2014 at the earliest, and dispose of it as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
