JUDGMENT

The limited prayer in this original petition is for a direction to the Munsiff's Court, Chavakkad to take up O.S.No.1011 of 2012, pending before the said court and dispose of at the earliest. It is also pointed out that along with the suit, I.A.No.4871 of 2012 for temporary injunction was also filed before the court below.

2. The petitioner pointed out that all steps have been completed and the matter is ripe for trial, as could be seen from paragraph 7 of the original petition.

3. The matter relates to the administration of a temple. The petitioner points out that there are considerable difficulties and loss caused to the petitioner and others due to delay in disposal of the suit.

4. In the light of the order that is proposed to be passed, notice to the respondent is unnecessary.

O.P.(C) No.792 of 2015 This original petition is disposed of directing the Munsiff's Court, Chavakkad to take up O.S.No.1011 of 2012 pending before that court as early as possible, and dispose of it within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
