JUDGMENT

This original petition was admitted and an interim order of stay was granted on 7.8.2013 for a period of one month. Later, that order was extended on 23.9.2013 by a further period of two weeks. On that day this Court directed the original petition to be posted today. The Registry has reported that the petitioner's counsel has not paid the process fee in full, that there is a shortage of Rs.24/- and for that reason, notice was not sent to the respondents.

When this original petition was called on for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner was not present. There was also no representation on his behalf. The original petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
