J U D G M E N T

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

2. The Bank shall consider whether the petitioner is entitled to any reduction in the amounts to be paid. The Bank shall furnish a statement before the court below with copy to the petitioner, showing the actual balance to be paid by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from today.

3. The petitioner is permitted to discharge the entire E.P. amounts in ten equal monthly instalments commencing from 27.7.2015 onwards. The execution proceedings shall
