JUDGMENT
Today when this Original Petition was taken up for final hearing, none appears for the petitioner. Since the learned counsel for the petitioner expired, the Registry was directed by order dated 24.10.2005 to issue notice to the petitioner informing that his counsel is no more and also the necessity to engage another counsel. In spite of the aforesaid notice, the petitioner neither entered appearance nor engaged any lawyer.
On 10.7.2015, when the Original Petition came up for consideration, this Court again directed the Registry to issue fresh notice to the petitioner informing that his counsel is no more and also the necessity to engage another counsel, failing which the Original Petition will be dismissed for non-prosecution on the next posting date and the matter was posted to 28.7.2015. The Registry has reported that though notice was issued to the petitioner informing the order passed by this Court dated 10.7.2015, no fresh vakalath is filed till date. In the above circumstances, this Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
